Q: How do I turn on cookies in Microsoft Internet Explorer?
A: On the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options. Click the Security tab. Click the zone that you want to set the security level for. Move the slider up for a higher level of security or down for a lower level of security.

Q: How do I turn on cookies in Netscape?
A: Open the Edit menu and choose Preferences. Under the Advanced category, choose Cookies. (If not options are visible in this category, click to expand the list.) Click one of the radio buttons:

  1. Enable all cookies: Choose this to permit all web sites to set cookies on your computer and receive them back during subsequent visits. Note: If you choose this option, and later choose to reject all cookies, you may still have some older cookies stored on your computer (though no new ones will be set).
  2. Enable cookies for the originating web site only: Foreign cookies are not accepted or returned. Cookies received through email (when the message contains a web page) are treated as foreign cookies.
  3. Disable all cookies: Choose this to refuse all cookies. If you want to be notified when a web site tries to set a cookie, select "Warn me before accepting a cookie."

Q: How do I report an incorrect listing in your directory or database without a password?
A: We appreciate your help in keeping our database completely up-to-date. Any changes submitted to us without a password will be verified with the Athletic Department by phone AND fax for correct password. Please tell us the:

A: Yes. Fill out the update form, with visible password, and fax it to (440)835.8835.

Q: Where do I enter my shipping and billing information?
A: To enter shipping and billing information, click the 'CHECKOUT' button at the bottom of the shopping cart.

Q: Is there a maximum shipping amount?
A: Yes, $40.00. If it appears that your shipping amount is over $40, please send an email to info@collegiatedirectories.com and the shipping amount will be corrected.

Q: Can I have the books overnighted?
A: Yes. Please call (800)426.2232 M - F, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. Directories publish annually; shipping begins every August
