Q: How do I remove books from the cart?
A: To remove books from your shopping cart, place your cursor in the text box next to the number of books, then use the backspace button to change the amount. Click the 'Update Total' button in the shopping cart.

Q: Why can't I put an online edition in my shopping cart?
A: The online edition of the National Directory of College Athletics™ is not currently available. To be notified when this edition is available, please send an email to info@collegiatedirectories.com.

Q: Where do I enter my shipping and billing information?
A: To enter shipping and billing information, click the 'CHECKOUT' button at the bottom of the shopping cart.

Q: Is there a maximum shipping amount?
A: Yes, $35.00. If it appears that your shipping amount is over $35, please send an email to info@collegiatedirectories.com and the shipping amount will be corrected.

Q: Can I have the books overnighted?
A: Yes. Please call (800) 426.2232 M - F, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
